Bressler, Amery & Ross, a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Florham Park, NJ. If you have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Litigation and are looking to join a dynamic and successful team, we want to hear from you!
As a Paralegal in our Commercial Litigation practice group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Principals and Associates on a variety of litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters. Your role will be essential in organizing case files and documents, tracking dockets and schedules, and analyzing and summarizing medical records. You will also have the opportunity to interact with various individuals, including firm personnel, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding organizational skills and be able to follow through on tasks effectively. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also crucial, as well as strong analytical skills. Experience with document management technology is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, is a must. A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is also required.
As a self-starter, you must be comfortable managing multiple tasks for a busy practice. Our office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate.
