Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney Experience: 8 years Salary: Dependent on experience
Rose Law Group pc, a prominent law firm in Arizona, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate, contract, and entity disputes. Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has excellent writing skills. At Rose Law Group pc, we value candidates with excellent academic credentials and prior experience in appellate or federal court clerkships. We believe that these experiences demonstrate a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis. Therefore, candidates with this background are preferred. We are looking for someone with at least eight (8) years of experience in commercial litigation. Additionally, all candidates must be active members of the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing.

Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate, contract, and entity disputes - Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support litigation strategies and arguments - Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents - Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate and resolve cases - Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as necessary - Participate in firm meetings and collaborate with colleagues on case strategies
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Active member of the State Bar of Arizona, in good standing - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in commercial litigation - Prior experience in appellate or federal court clerkships preferred - Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills - Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines with quality results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedicated to providing excellent service to clients - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: The salary for this position is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
