Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney - San Diego, California Experience: 4 years of commercial litigation experience Salary Range: $135,000 - $190,000 USD Department: Litigation
Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with offices throughout the United States, is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for our San Diego office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 4 years of experience in commercial litigation to join one of our firm's national client service teams and take on substantial litigation responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice in California - 4 years of experience in commercial litigation, including breach of contract, D&O, and trade secret litigation - Experience with MSJs - Experience with complex factual patterns and legal arguments - Ability to handle discovery disputes and take depositions - Corporate Governance experience is a plus - Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end - Collaborate with other attorneys and partners - Regularly attend court appearances and handle depositions - Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Salary and Benefits:
A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. The final salary offered may be outside of the listed range based on individual circumstances. This position is full-time and qualifies for benefits such as a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an offer of employment.
Pay Range: $135,000 - $190,000 USD
