Law Firm Seeks Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney in NJ and NY
Are you an experienced commercial litigation attorney with 4 years of solid experience? Do you have state and federal court experience and a strong ability to work independently? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate will have excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as trial experience and a judicial clerkship. Construction litigation experience is a plus.
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in court proceedings - Communicate with clients and provide legal advice - Work independently and efficiently - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff
Requirements:
- 4 years of commercial litigation experience - State and federal court experience - NJ Bar admission (NY Bar admission preferred) - Excellent writing and analytical skills - Trial experience and judicial clerkship preferred - Construction litigation experience a plus
