Our team includes former BigLaw trial attorneys, litigation partners, and specialists with a proven track record of taking on complex cases and achieving favorable results for our clients. We are looking for highly skilled and talented litigators who want to integrate their work and personal lives while pursuing challenging and interesting litigation cases. Our goal is to achieve optimal results both internally, through our collaborative and curated hiring decisions, and externally, through our client-focused and economically sound practice model.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead cases from inception to resolution, overseeing all aspects of strategy, team supervision, and client service - Manage deadlines and ensure top-quality work product - Foster a collaborative and successful team environment - Communicate with clients, resolve conflicts, and negotiate with opposing counsel - Handle trials, key depositions, and critical hearings - Work closely with specialized practitioners and litigators to coordinate strategic analysis and case project management - Coach and develop team members for continued growth and development
Requirements: - 7 years of commercial and business litigation experience - Admitted to the Nevada bar - Strong academic credentials and experienced judgment and decision-making - Excellent time-management skills and self-motivation - Strong communication and people skills - Empathy and entrepreneurship are valued
