The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic market location. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues - Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents under the supervision of senior attorneys - Manage and oversee all aspects of e-discovery - Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings as necessary - Participate in all aspects of case development from inception to conclusion
Qualifications and Skills: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Maryland state bar (DC and VA a plus) and in good standing - Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills - Proficiency in legal research tools and software, specifically with e-discovery management platforms such as Relativity or Nextpoint - Judicial clerkship experience is preferred
