Commercial Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct factual investigations and discovery - Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents - Take depositions - Manage a variety of active matters independently - Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of commercial litigation experience - Excellent academic credentials - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills - Virginia bar admission required

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience)
