Are you a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate looking to join a prestigious law firm in the heart of New York City? Look no further! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters and make a substantial impact within our esteemed law firm.
As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. You will also have the opportunity to conduct thorough legal research, draft and prepare essential litigation documents, and represent clients in court proceedings. This role requires active bar admission in both New York and New Jersey, as well as a minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience in a sophisticated legal environment.
