Responsibilities: • Handling a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters • Conducting legal research and writing briefs, motions, and other legal documents • Representing clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitrations • Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent legal services to clients • Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships
Requirements: • Admission to the Connecticut Bar • 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience • Strong analytical and writing skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to providing exceptional client service • Demonstrated interest in and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession
