Law Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Associate (2-5 years) in Boise, ID
Holland & Hart, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a junior-mid level associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation team in Boise, ID. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong academic and legal background, experience in complex litigation matters, and excellent research and writing skills.
Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in general litigation, including commercial litigation, labor & employment, environmental and natural resources litigation, and/or real estate/construction litigation - Strong academic and legal background - Experience working at top tier law firms in complex litigation matters - Energetic personality and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
Compensation and Expectations:
- Merit-based compensation, evaluated on individual performance and contributions to the team - Generous bonus program for financial contributions and hard work - Eligible for fee splits - Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion - Encouraged to engage in firm activities and committees
