The Los Angeles office of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a talented and driven litigator to join their team as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney. This position is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience, who are currently clerking for a federal court judge or state Supreme Court justice. This is an excellent opportunity for junior level attorneys looking to gain valuable experience and advance their career in a prestigious law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with partners and senior associates on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters - Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents - Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed - Communicate with clients and provide them with regular updates on their cases - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient and effective case management
Qualifications: - 0-3 years of experience as a litigation associate - Currently clerking for a federal court judge or state Supreme Court justice - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Outstanding academic credentials - Previous work experience in a law firm setting preferred - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits: - Annual salary range for this position in California is $205,000 to $330,000 - Actual pay will be based on education, experience, and other job-related factors - Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance, and other benefits such as a 401(k), vacation time, and sick leave - Additional voluntary benefits programs available including life insurance, disability insurance, and pet insurance - The firm also offers commuter and transit programs
