The Law Firm is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate to join their growing Commercial Litigation team in Guildford. This role is ideal for someone with 3-6 years of PQE, gained in a City firm or leading national or regional practice. The successful candidate will handle a variety of contentious work for a diverse range of clients, with a focus on commercial contract disputes. They will also have the opportunity to work on complex High Court litigation and international arbitration cases, as well as providing strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of commercial dispute resolution work, with a focus on commercial contract disputes - Work closely with partners and other team members on complex High Court litigation and international arbitration cases - Provide strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Take an active role in business development activities within the team and across the firm
Requirements:
