Job Responsibilities: - Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation such as trade secrets and class actions. - Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations. - Take on significant responsibility in Venable's cases. - Have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. - Take and defend depositions. - Manage all phases of discovery. - Manage junior associates. - Work well in a team. - Hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school. - Be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar. - Provide law school transcripts with submissions. - Have the ability to access privileged and confidential information.
