Responsibilities: - Draft briefs and motions - Handle fact and expert discovery - Engage in deposition and trial preparation - Manage matters and take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Active and in good standing bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice - Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skills - Academic and professional excellence
