Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and leasing. Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports. Draft and negotiate loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and other real estate documents. Conduct and supervise closings. Manage and develop client relationships. Participate in firm marketing, networking, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 4-6 years’ experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate acquisitions/development/financing. Admission to the New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts bar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and financing. - Specific experience in closing commercial loan and real estate transactions. - Additional experience in land use and permitting matters, title examinations, and title insurance preferred. - Admission to the New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts bar.
