- Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements including SaaS subscription agreements, partner/referral agreements, and NDAs. - Provide legal advice to team members, leaders, and executives. - Collaborate with customers' legal and business teams to negotiate contracts and close transactions. - Work closely with all business units to understand key commercial requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and customers. - Assist in creating scalable frameworks and processes. - Support continuous improvement of standard form agreements, policies, and legal processes related to commercial transactions. - Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex enterprise SaaS agreements for a high-growth technology company catering to Fortune 500 companies. - Combination of law firm and in-house experience. - Experience in Software Products, SaaS, or AI companies preferred. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and the evolving AI regulatory landscape. - Ability to develop creative, business-friendly solutions and handle complex negotiations. - Strong understanding of intellectual property ownership and license provisions. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in a collaborative and autonomous environment. - Active Bar License in good standing or registered as in-house counsel (or eligible to register).

Zone A- $157,000-$212,000 Zone B- $139,000-$187,000 Zone C- $123,000-$166,000 Zone D- $109,000-$147,000 Zone E- $97,000-$131,000
