As a Commercial/Construction Litigation Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging cases. We are looking for someone with at least 2 plus years of experience in construction/commercial litigation, who is ready to hit the ground running and make a significant impact on our firm.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in construction/commercial litigation - Strong academic background - Hearing & deposition experience is a plus - Excellent written & oral communication skills - Research ability
Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of complex commercial and construction litigation matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts - Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
