Job Description
Elevate is looking for a Commercial Attorney to join their Managed Contracts Services Team. The successful candidate will work closely with in-house law departments and their internal business clients, providing deal support and participating in projects to improve customers' contractual infrastructure. The Commercial Attorney will work independently on assigned matters, but will also collaborate with other members of the Elevate team, Elevate service lines, and the customers' in-house teams.

Salary: $90,000-130,000/year
Experience: 4 years in commercial transactions, J.D. from an accredited law school, licensed and in good standing in at least one state.
Responsibilities: - Review and negotiate contracts, working from templates and tools - Facilitate resolution of contract issues - Update or draft templates and other contract infrastructure tools - Capture and analyze contract information - Participate in customer projects to improve contracting efficiency - Create reports and presentations for customers and colleagues
