Law firm is looking for a Collections Account Resolutions Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service experiences to consumers contacting the office, making outbound calls to contact the consumer and assist them in resolving their account, and negotiating and creating payment arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of collections experience and law firm experience is preferred. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work tasks. The candidate must also be able to communicate professionally and courteously with team and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Provide superior customer service experiences to consumers contacting the office. - Make outbound calls to contact the consumer and assist them in resolving their account. - Answer inbound calls and assist consumers with their account throughout all areas of the legal process. - Identify accounts that need follow-up and manage them appropriately. - Negotiate and create payment arrangements to help the consumer resolve their account. - Maintain customer files accurately and update them in a timely manner. - Communicate with management and provide recommendations on account resolution. - Operate with a sense of urgency. - Abide by applicable federal and state laws and regulations. - Complete annual and ongoing compliance trainings in a timely fashion. - Other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma - Law firm experience preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication - Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks. - Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with team and colleagues. - Able to successfully pass a background and drug screening - 1-3 years of collections experience required.
Salary
