Collection Manager - Williamsville, NY
Department: Collections
The Law Firm is one of the leading creditor's rights law firms in the country, with offices located in CA, IL, NY, NJ, OH, GA, and FL. We are currently seeking a Collection Manager with at least three to five years of experience in collections to join our team at our Williamsville, NY office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15 collection staff members - Provide guidance and support to collection staff in negotiations and escalations - Train and develop collection staff, providing coaching and feedback - Focus on meeting client and company directives - Assign accounts and conduct audits of accounts
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with other departments and external customers to resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of account activities for credit file monitoring and analysis - Knowledge of FDCPA regulations - Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience - Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly over the phone - Excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in Spanish or another language is not required, but highly beneficial

- Salary range of $55K to $65K - Monthly bonus plan
