Description Job Description: Client Services Manager (CSM) Golden Reserve of Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time CSM to support our growth in Central West Ohio. If so, please read on! This CSM position pays a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000/yr, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. We offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, HSA plans, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off. We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CSM As CSM, you manage our client process and experience. You arrive each day ready to support our Financial Advisors. You provide meeting support, including closing meeting preparation and execution. You assist in the assembly, creation, and analysis of our clients' financial planning, and facilitate onboarding of new clients to Golden Reserve. Your excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail help you ensure the timely completion of all ongoing tasks involved in the process. You use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you answer incoming client questions and provide ongoing customer service for our clients. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CSM One year of relevant financial professional experience. Two years of administrative professional services office support. An Ohio Life and Health Insurance License (complete within 90 days of start date) Are you an enthusiastic problem solver with a positive attitude? Do you work well in a team environment?
