Law Firm Seeks Client Relations Specialist
The Willis Law Group, a reputable and growing law firm, is currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the firm's reputation with clients, building and maintaining relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communications. - Respond to client requests within established timelines and work closely with internal departments to identify solutions. - Prepare reports and attend round tables for cases. - Ensure cases are processed and closed in a timely manner and according to client requirements. - Investigate and resolve client exceptions, including disputes and complaints. - Proactively work to resolve exceptions and identify process improvements. - Represent the firm on client calls and provide knowledgeable insights on reporting and case status. - Participate in marketing and business development activities. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate of Science or higher education. - 3-5 years of experience in client relations or customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Demonstrated organizational skills. - Previous experience in the legal industry preferred. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
