Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). - Previous customer service experience is preferred. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to assist and help people. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Empathetic and patient, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
