**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Experience Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and assist clients in their immigration journey.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling appointments, coordinating with our legal team, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office.

We are looking for someone who is not only fluent in English and Spanish but also has previous customer service experience. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathize with clients are essential qualities for this role. We offer a competitive starting salary of $650 USD per month, paid vacations and PTO, and the flexibility of a remote position. Job Title: Client Experience Specialist (Bilingual in English and Spanish)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time (9am - 6pm PST), and every alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM PST.

Salary Range: Starting monthly $650 USD

Hiring

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Document all client interactions with detailed and organized notes to ensure clear records of communication.
- Effectively schedule and manage client appointments using our appointment booking system.
- Collaborate with our legal team to coordinate client meetings and consultations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency when booking appointments to optimize our schedule.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of immigration services and processes to better assist our clients.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering a positive and empathetic client experience.

Requirements:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal laptop or computer.
- Quality headset for clear communication.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to assist and help people.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
