As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client care and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
Onboard and offboard clients onto the MyCase Client Portal Teach clients to use the MyCase Client Portal Build positive relationships with clients and follow up on active processes Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner Manage the firm's reputation management system Remind and prepare clients for upcoming hearings Recommend service improvements based on client feedback Data entry and record keeping Coordinate with other departments on client care-related matters
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (A.A. degree or higher preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment Computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor Exceptional ability to provide professional and friendly client care services Advanced technical support skills and the ability to troubleshoot and recommend improvements Previous experience opening and closing cases is a plus
