Law Firm Seeking Experienced Class Action Employment Associate Attorney in San Francisco, CA
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $215,000.00 Annually

We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney for our class action practice group in our San Francisco office.
In this role, you will handle class action lawsuits throughout the life of the case with oversight and mentoring from partners. Your responsibilities will include internal investigations, legal research, preparing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on defending wage and hour class actions and PAGA.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Communicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Must be a member of the local bar association • Ability to work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Computer skills working with iManage and Coyote Analytics preferred • 1850 billable hours
