Job Description
As a Claims Professional at DWF, you will have the opportunity to join a global organization that values its employees and offers a comprehensive rewards package. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of insurance or equivalent experience, as well as a degree or paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate liability insurance claims - Develop and execute resolution strategies, including risk transfer, mediation, and litigation management - Assess coverage obligations and provide written coverage determinations - Manage and coordinate litigation, including hiring defense counsel and experts, reviewing pleadings and budgets, and maintaining electronic claim files - Provide exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, and business partners - Communicate timely updates and respond to inquiries and requests for information - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop and execute claim resolution strategies - Keep leadership informed of significant risks and losses by projecting exposure and completing loss summaries - Prepare and present claim status and evaluation to leadership - Maintain subject matter expertise and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Prepare reports for management, clients, and other designated recipients - May represent the organization in mediations, court proceedings, and other situations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance or equivalent experience - Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze liability, damages, and coverage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
