Responsibilities: - Investigate and analyze liability insurance claims - Develop and execute resolution strategies, including risk transfer, mediation, and litigation management - Assess coverage obligations and prepare written coverage determinations - Manage and coordinate litigation, including hiring defense counsel and experts - Document all claim activities and maintain electronic claim files - Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved - Communicate timely updates and respond to inquiries - Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute claim resolution strategies - Keep leadership informed of significant risks and losses - Maintain subject matter expertise and comply with regulatory requirements - Prepare reports and make presentations to management and clients - Represent the organization in mediations and court proceedings, as needed
Requirements: - Undergraduate degree or Paralegal Certificate - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Minimum of 2 years insurance or equivalent experience
