Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance defense litigation cases, including first-chair courtroom litigation - Develop effective litigation strategies, create budget plans, and evaluate potential risks - Possess a strong understanding of South Carolina and federal procedural laws - Utilize exceptional analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills - Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service - Demonstrate successful case analysis and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in South Carolina - Proficient in understanding and applying relevant laws and legal theories - Strong academic background and exceptional credentials - Highly motivated and able to work independently
