Responsibilities: - Defend doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals - Handle civil trials related to medical malpractice and nursing home negligence - Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings - Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients - Manage and prioritize a caseload
Requirements: - Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in South Carolina - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as a team player
