Law Firm is searching for an experienced Litigation Paralegal
Law Firm is looking for an organized, self-starter with a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience, a paralegal degree/certificate, and familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense.
Responsibilities:
Case management Drafting pleadings/discovery Investigation Interviewing witnesses/experts Document reviews Research Collecting and analyzing records Trial preparation
Compensation:
Law Firm is offering an estimated compensation range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Law Firm, a mid-sized defense litigation law firm located in downtown Seattle, is searching for an experienced litigation (1-5 year) paralegal to assist our team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience, a paralegal degree/certificate, and familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules.
The successful candidate should have experience with insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense. Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records and trial preparation.
Compensation and Benefits:
