Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal support to supervising attorney(s) * Conduct legal research and draft documents * Organize and maintain case files * Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases * Assist with trial preparation and support during trials * Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* 3 years of civil litigation and trial paralegal experience * ABA-accredited paralegal certification preferred * Knowledge of legal documents and terminology * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable working in a paperless environment
