Key Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court - Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide top-notch legal services to clients - Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal developments in civil litigation practice areas - Utilize excellent verbal, written communication skills and social intelligence to effectively advocate for clients
Qualifications: - 2 to 6 plus years' experience in civil litigation, with a focus on commercial, construction, employment, real estate, or general litigation matters - Strong academic record and exceptional writing skills - Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
