- Conduct witness examinations, either by deposition or at a hearing - Trial preparation and brief writing - Manage and organize large volumes of electronic discovery - Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner - Prioritize and manage work tasks efficiently - Ensure compliance with statute of limitations and court deadlines

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in New York - 5-7 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation - Strong legal writing skills - Experience with witness examinations, expert interviews, and document review - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all levels of professionals
