- Utilize strategic thinking to develop procedures and systems, and increase firm revenue while maximizing profits - Effectively communicate with team members and lead department managers to ensure procedures are adequate and enhance flow - Manage change through EOS Meetings and integrate firm changes - Analyze data and provide actionable insights - Proactively communicate with team members to ensure procedures are followed and performance is held accountable - Attend and participate in meetings punctually

- Self-driven and able to attract clients, referrals, and talented team members - Growth-oriented, willing to learn and develop expertise for individual and team growth - Smart and transparent in communication and efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred - 8 years of leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a senior leader - Change management experience with major projects - Financial management skills, including analyzing and adjusting for maximum cash flow - Sales and marketing experience, both in person and digital
