As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in guiding the firm's financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to our managing partners and other administrative leaders. With a solid understanding of accounting principles and strong leadership skills, you will lead our accounting and information technology teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate short-term and long-term financial objectives - Direct budget development to support strategic goals - Establish and enforce internal controls - Ensure compliance with legal requirements - Oversee financial, accounting, and information technology teams - Manage compensation - Provide strategic financial guidance to firm management - Embody DRM's Guiding Principles - Occasional travel
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or management - 5 years of senior-level management experience - CLM or CPA professional designation is a plus - 10 years of experience in a lead financial management role, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm - Ability to work collaboratively and independently - Earn respect and trust from directors and employees - Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools - Proven success in managing organizational change and improvement
