• Work independently assuming primary responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering project management activities through the entire project life cycle (from initiation to hand off to customer) that are broad in scope. • Serve as a centralized, system-wide project management resource for the Chief Administrative Officer and other Executive Vice Presidents. • Manage and coordinate multiple, complex project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates, for system level project management. • Achieve project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance to project management methodologies and standards. • Have strong business acumen with the ability to work with people from diverse functional or technical backgrounds and to build relationships across the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant experience required. Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Health Management preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years of project management experience in healthcare or other business setting.
LICENSURE,CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION:PMP certification is required within one year of hire.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices. Goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation. Process orientation with strong strategic planning skills and creativity. Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making ability. Strong dedication to deliver quality customer service in a timely manner. Good human relations, diplomacy, and oral/written communications skills in technical and non-technical areas.
