The Role:Logitech is looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving Logitech's growth and position in the German and Austrian markets.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. Decide and just Do.As a Category Marketing Manager for Gaming DEAT, you'll work closely with sales functions and external partners to build Logitech's brand and increase awareness in the market. You'll also be responsible for planning and executing new product launches, managing budgets, leading influencer relations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.Key Qualifications:We're looking for someone who is passionate, creative, and has a few years of marketing experience. You should be able to understand business objectives, develop inspiring marketing plans, and work with different teams to create comprehensive and impactful campaigns.Your contribution to the team will include developing annual marketing plans, collaborating with account managers, aligning with the commercial lead, managing budgets, engaging with communities and partners, and driving an omnichannel approach to marketing.Strong Understanding of the Gen Z Lifestyle audience, including trends, shopper behavior, media consumption patterns,\u00A0 relevant social media engagement strategies.Demonstrated experience in developing innovative marketing programs for large global brands from inception through execution.Experience building relationships with the community, influencers, and key opinion leaders.Marketing experience in tech, consumer electronics, or consumer goods.Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities, as well as experience managing marketing through the entire product lifecycle.Your language skills: this role is based in Munich and involves communication with the European organization so the ability to fluently speak and understand German and English is a must.Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
