Job Description
Law Firm Emery | Reddy is seeking a Case Manager for their Downtown Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience and 1-3 years of law firm experience. The Case Manager will be responsible for maintaining contact with clients, ensuring the client is receiving all workers’ compensation communications and correspondence, maintaining communication with the Department of Labor and Industries and vocational counselors to ensure claims are proceeding in a timely fashion, and working closely with the document clerk to ensure pertinent records are requested and organized in a timely matter.
The Case Manager will report to senior paralegals and attorneys and will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401k, paid time off, and internal promotions. This position will pay $23 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.

- Maintaining contact with clients as the designated primary contact for workers’ compensation clients - Ensuring the client is receiving all workers’ compensation communications and correspondence - Maintaining communication with the Department of Labor and Industries and vocational counselors to ensure claims are proceeding in a timely fashion - Working closely with the document clerk to ensure pertinent records are requested and organized in a timely matter - Reporting to senior paralegals - Performing other tasks as assigned by attorneys and paralegals
