Law Firm Seeking Experienced Case Manager/Legal Assistant

As a Case Manager/Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our clients' cases. You will be responsible for handling confidential information and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Duties:
- Take and place calls from current clients, providing status updates and scheduling appointments - Communicate with SSA/DDS/OHO/AC offices as needed - Review and process incoming mail - E-file fee/rep and other documents for cases at OHO & AC - Draft and prepare letters to SSA/OHO/AC - Review new client packets and develop a case plan - Track deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on time - Utilize Case Management Software System to manage daily tasks - Perform any additional tasks as needed to effectively manage cases
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal setting preferred - Associates Degree or higher required - Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate effectively - Strong writing skills and attention to detail - Highly organized and able to handle confidential information - Proficient in using Case Management Software Systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Salary Range: $20.00-$21.00/hr
