Law Firm in Greensboro, NC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls from injured individuals with empathy and compassion - Work closely with a team spread across NC and SC - Provide excellent customer service to clients - Utilize strong computer and typing skills for data entry and document creation - Manage time effectively and communicate effectively with team members - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience - Strong computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel - Excellent time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required - Available for an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Salary:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
