McCausland Keen Buckman, a leading law firm, is currently seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in a sophisticated transactional practice. We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience, strong writing skills, and relevant experience in commercial real estate law. A portable book of business is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities: - Represent clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing - Work with REITs, private equity-backed real estate companies, and other clients - Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters - Draft and review legal documents - Conduct due diligence and title review - Negotiate and close deals
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar - Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law - Strong writing and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Portable book of business is a plus
