ROLE: BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS DATA ANALYST, AIB HOMES COMMERCIAL
TEAM:Homes Commercial Delivery
CURRENT LOCATION: Dublin (Currently from home however post pandemic, we will have a hybrid approach to working, which will include a blend of onsite and remote working).
This role is being offered on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE
The AIB Homes Commercial Delivery Team currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic analyst to join the team. The team is responsible for Management Information development and Strategic and Operational Reporting within AIB Homes Commercial and plays a crucial role in using information, analysis and insights to support the senior management team within AIB Homes. The ideal candidate will be capable of completing and overseeing end-to end reporting and rapidly building an understanding of the Homes Portfolio.

*Is an enthusiastic individual who has a curious mind-set. *Is very comfortable converting data into management information and insight for front- office colleagues and senior management including production of weekly performance packs. *Has the ability to make decisions, see different perspectives and be able to communicate your message in a concise and engaging manner. *Analyse and interpret large data sets to develop the insight that solves problems, identifies operational insights and drives business opportunities. *Inquisitive attitude to supporting the production of enhanced information analytics. *A self-starter with the ability to work on their own and also as a strong team player with proven ability to work with others to accomplish common objectives.

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*Data analyst experience within financial services organisations ( degree in Finance, Computer Science/information systems/ engineering or maths would be desirable). *Highly numerate and passionate about data and analytics. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Good understanding for database concepts and understanding of structures desired. *Ability to prepare and present complex information in a manner easily understood by end users. *Ability to work with team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and capable of credibly managing internal stakeholders.
