Law Firm Seeking Experienced Business Litigation/General Liability Attorney in San Diego
Klinedinst, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a driven and ambitious attorney to join our growing team in downtown San Diego. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle cases and analyze complex legal issues - Draft dispositive motions, prepare for trial, and manage document-intensive cases - Represent clients in the financial industry (preferred, but not required) - Structure discovery plans and take/defend depositions
Qualifications:
- California licensed with strong academic credentials - Passion for advocacy and finding creative legal solutions - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Team player with a solid work ethic
Compensation:
- Pay range: $120,000-165,000 per year (dependent on experience) - Competitive benefits package
