Position Requirements: - Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing - Ideal candidate will have experience in civil and/or commercial litigation - Strong research and writing skills, with top academic credentials - Preferred experience in dram shop, product liability, hospitality and beverage, and/or premise liability
