H1: Business Litigation Associate - Law Firm in Los Angeles, CA H2: Join Our Growing Litigation Practice Group - Mid-Level Associate Position
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm seeking a mid-level associate to join our Los Angeles office and support our Litigation Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 3 years of recent business litigation experience to join a collaborative and inclusive environment where success for our clients and each other is valued.
Job Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis for pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents - Draft pleadings and other case documents - Attend hearings and manage matters from start to finish - Communicate professionally with clients and supervising attorneys
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials - Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing - Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices - Ability to prepare basic litigation documents - Case management experience - Strong drafting and negotiating skills - Ability to learn new legal topics as needed - Effective communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong organization and matter management skills - Team player with ability to work collaboratively

The expected pay scale for this position is $160-$210k, with potential for up to $106,000 in bonuses. The salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience and performance.
