Job Description
Carlton Fields is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of business litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required. Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Florida. The ideal candidate would also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, court experience including handling hearings and depositions on own and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities.
