Business Law Attorney Job Description: - Assist with litigation and general commercial matters - Manage cases from inception through trial - Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing - Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs - Handle discovery, depositions, and negotiations - Work in the areas of business law, insurance defense, municipal law, employment and labor law, and general litigation
