• Drafting and negotiating transactional documents • Working collaboratively with supervising attorneys • Ensuring that all documents are in compliance with state and federal laws
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactional, commercial finance, and real estate finance and transactional matters • Strong drafting and negotiating skills • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
