As a member of our business law practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial transactions and real estate matters, providing legal counsel to clients in both Madison and Milwaukee. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sale, purchase, and development of properties and projects - Negotiate and draft commercial leases and other agreements related to real estate transactions - Conduct title review and provide legal advice on financing and secured transactions - Assist with corporate planning, tax planning, and environmental considerations for real estate transactions - Formation and representation of condo associations - Provide legal counsel and support to clients on various real estate matters
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in commercial transactional and real estate law - Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements - Strong knowledge of the current real estate market - Attention to detail and ability to handle significant and complicated transactions - Creative and practical approach to problem-solving
